This project involved installing 4 modular units with skirting to create a large, open indoor space for this client. From building the foundation to heat tracing, we took care to complete every step of this installation with attention to detail and a dedication to craftsmanship.

Some of our work incluced:

• Securing and blocking the complex
• Setting and leveling the units
• Building a concrete block foundation and craning in the new units
• Harnessing gas and electrical to one point
• Connecting water and sewer to one point
• Heat tracing and insulating the units
• Skirting units for seamless blending and added insulation
